To split a whole Parmesan wheel using the traditional method, several knives are used. First, score the rind with the PRO Scoring Knife. Then insert two PRO Parmesan Knives into the cheese. Use the PRO Breaking Knife to lever along the scored line until the cheese wheel splits in a controlled way.

Good to know: the blade extends into the handle for extra strength. To preserve sharpness and quality over time, hand washing is recommended.
