We handle your personal data with care. When you place an order, create an account, or subscribe to our newsletter, we need certain information from you. We only use this data for purposes such as processing your order, providing customer service, or sending relevant information.

Your personal data is well protected. We only share it with partners who help us carry out our services, such as delivery partners, payment providers, IT service providers, and marketing platforms. We have data processing agreements in place with these parties to ensure they process your data only on our behalf. 

We use Spotler Activate, a Customer Data Platform that helps us analyze customer data and send personalized communication. Spotler Activate processes data solely on our behalf and in compliance with the GDPR. 

We do not store your personal data longer than necessary. Data needed for orders and our administration is kept for 7 years, as legally required. If you have been inactive for more than 7 years (no purchases or contact), we will delete or anonymize your data. 

You always have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data. You can also object to its use or withdraw your consent.
