To break a whole Parmesan cheese wheel, use this break knife in combination with the Kerf Knife PRO and two Parmesan Knives PRO. First, score the rind in a straight line. Then, insert the Parmesan knives into the cheese and leverage with the Break Knife PRO at several points along the incision. By repeating this on both sides, the wheel will split controlled into two halves.
