Wash this professional cheese knife - part of the BOSKA 1896 collection - by hand after use. It is dishwasher-safe, but we do not recommend it. Washing knives in the dishwasher increases the risk of damage and dulls the blade more quickly. After washing, dry the knife thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
