To split a whole Parmesan wheel, use this breaking knife together with the PRO Scoring Knife and two PRO Parmesan Knives. First, score the rind in one straight line. Then insert the Parmesan knives into the cheese and lever with the PRO Breaking Knife at several points along the scored line. Repeat this on both sides until the wheel splits cleanly into two halves.
