The Mozzarella Cutter is easy to use and simple to clean. The white cutting board is dishwasher safe. The strong stainless steel frame is built for intensive use. Thanks to the thin (just 0.3 mm) yet very strong cutting wires, you work with control while preserving the structure of the mozzarella.

Good to know: the cutting wires are available separately per piece. If one breaks, you only replace that wire. The maximum size of the food to be cut is 28 x 12 x 10 cm, making the cutter suitable for common sizes in professional kitchens and specialty stores.
