Good to know: This version is supplied without a cutter. The Straight Cutter and Central Block Cutter are available separately, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs. First use the Central Block Cutter to remove the center from a whole cheese wheel. Then use the Straight Cutter to divide the remaining cheese into straight pieces with minimal cutting loss.
