The cutting wire for the Brie Cutter is available in thicknesses of 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm. This is the 0.8 mm cutting wire. It is specially designed to cut Brie or other rindless soft cheeses into perfect wedges. The cutting wires come in a set of 10.
