Preparation

  1. Slice the tomato, mozzarella and baguette. Place the baguette slices on the grill plate.
  2. Turn the baguette once one side is nicely grilled. Place the tomato slices on the grill plate.
  3. Put the mozzarella in a small pan and let it melt slowly. Remove the baguette from the grill and spread with pesto. Place the grilled tomato on the toast.
  4. Pour the melted mozzarella over it. Finish with a little extra pesto.
