These cutting wires have been developed for the BOSKA Roquefort Bow 240 mm. The cutting wires are suitable for cutting the softest and most delicate cheeses and are designed to match the operation of the cutting bow. Stainless steel balls are attached to both ends of the wire to ensure secure and stable attachment. The set includes 10 replacement wires.
