These cutting wires are suitable for the BOSKA Roquefort Bow 145 mm. The cutting wires have been developed for controlled cutting of very soft and delicate cheeses such as triple cream cheese and Roquefort. Stainless steel balls are attached to both ends of the wire to ensure secure attachment to the cutting bow. The set consists of 10 replacement wires.
