Ingredients (for about 12 sticks)
- 1 roll fresh puff pastry
- 50 g / 1.76 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp sesame or poppy seeds (optional)
- 1 egg yolk, beaten

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C / 392 °F.
- Unroll the puff pastry and brush with the egg yolk.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan evenly on top.
- Cut the dough into strips about 2 cm / 0.8 inch wide and twist into spirals.
- Place the sticks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and optionally sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve on a nice serving board.
