Ingredients (for about 12 rolls)
- 1 roll fresh pizza dough
- 50 g / 1.76 oz butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Handful fresh parsley, finely chopped
- Salt to taste

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C / 392 °F.
- Cut the dough into pieces (ping-pong ball size) with a kitchen knife and roll into balls.
- Mix the melted butter with garlic and parsley.
- Brush the rolls generously with the butter mixture.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and serve on a nice serving board.
Serving tip
Serve warm and dip straight into the creamy fondue – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Use a flavorful ready-made Emmi fondue or make your own fondue via one of these fondue recipes.
