Mini Garlic Rolls from the Oven - Cheese Fondue Dipper Idea

Ingredients (for about 12 rolls)

  • 1 roll fresh pizza dough
  • 50 g / 1.76 oz butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Handful fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C / 392 °F.
  2. Cut the dough into pieces (ping-pong ball size) with a kitchen knife and roll into balls.
  3. Mix the melted butter with garlic and parsley.
  4. Brush the rolls generously with the butter mixture.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and serve on a nice serving board.

Serving tip

Serve warm and dip straight into the creamy fondue – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Use a flavorful ready-made Emmi fondue or make your own fondue via one of these fondue recipes.
