Grilled Vegetable Skewers - Cheese Fondue Dipper Tip

Ingredients (for about 8 skewers)

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme or oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • Skewers

Preparation

  1. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces with a kitchen knife.
  2. Thread them alternately onto the skewers.
  3. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Grill for 6-8 minutes in a grill pan or oven (200 °C ) until lightly roasted.
  5. Serve on a nice serving board.

Serving tip
