- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 150 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme or oregano
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
- Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces with a kitchen knife.
- Thread them alternately onto the skewers.
- Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes in a grill pan or oven (200 °C ) until lightly roasted.
- Serve on a nice serving board.
