How can I track my order?

   A.  Order tracking via Boska account
Log in to your account on the Boska webshop. Here, you can follow the history and status of your order.


   B.  Order tracking via DPD
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Track&Trace code from DPD. With this code you can go to the DPD website and track the delivery of your order.

Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
No, we do not yet offer this option.

Can I have an order delivered to a P.O. Box, business, or campground?
No, unfortunately you cannot have an order delivered to a P.O. Box, business, or campground.

What is the delivery time of my order?
Boska strives to ship out all orders within 2 days. Unfortunately, we are dependent
upon our transporter.

The delivery time of my order has elapsed, but I still have not received it.
You can check the status of your order via the Track&Trace code that you received by email. If multiple days have passed, then you can contact the customer service of DPD or Boska.

A product is incorrect or delivered damaged.
Contact customer service or send an email with exactly what is damaged, including a photo. If the claim is well-founded, Boska will either send a new product or credit the purchase price. The costs will be paid by Boska.
